For those that grew up in the 80′s, we hope you’ll like the news that our next game is none other than Top Gun for the PlayStation 3. We’ve all been hard at work on this for a good while and at its core the game is an arcade flight shooter in the same vein as Ace Combat and HAWX (though much faster and more visceral). Naturally, we’ll be talking about the game in the oncoming weeks and maybe even showing our suitably l33t skillz to boot.
Please, tell me theres no Tom Cruise in the Game!

Prior to this announcement, much fan talk transpired on the need of an 80s style toyline for Top Gun. Like many video-games which have their own toys to promote the games, we hope this new game finally gives reason to finally give an 80s style 4-inch action figure line to help promote the Top Gun 25th Anniversary video game.
All power, luck, and success to DoubleSix’s new game as we approach Top Gun’s 25th anniversary. Who else wants a Top Gun toyline to help promote this game?
